The shop is open 24/7 so you can shop when it suits you best.

All invoices and payments are in EURO (€)

We are happy to welcome you as a customer and we hope that you'll have a positive experience with our online shop.

We want you to be happy with what you order at Trendydonna, but if the products do not meet your expectations, you are always welcome to return them to us. Please notice that the displayed color may vary slightly from the actual color, depending on which browser and screen you are using. The appearance color also varies, depending on your skin tone. All returns must be made within 14 days from the day you have received your order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.

If you choose to return an order, simply send the products back in the same condition and quantity as you received them. All original packaging and barcode tags must be intact.

If you wish to return your package, please send it to the following address with an enclosed copy of the invoice.

We will refund your money within 7 days from receiving your package. We only refund orders if the products are new and have not been used and still have their original barcode tags. We do not refund the costs for returning products.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Faroe islands, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan,Turkey, UAE, USA and Åhland.

All international orders are sent at a flat rate of 7€.
Free shipping if you buy 3 pair of tights, or more.

Your order will be shipped 1-2 working days after receiving your order. Within EU you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 working days from the day it is dispatched. Outside EU you can expect to receive your order within 8-15 working days from the day it is dispatched, however if it has been taken out for customs clearance, it might take longer.

All shipments are sent by Postnord.dk. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by you. When your order has been dispatched your will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way. When your parcel arrives in the destination country, you can visit your national postal providers homepage, and enter the tracking number, to get more detailed information about the delivery. You can also visit trackingmore.com for a detailed view of both the danish and your national postal providers shipping info at the same time

Orders within EU will always include 25% Danish VAT.

Orders outside EU is sold without VAT, and the price will be reduced with 20% at checkout.(Example: tights at 20€ within EU is 16€ outside EU)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Shipments outside EU may be subject to import charges, which are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Trendydonna ships your package, but does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be, SO PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS! If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs.

Some countries allow low value parcels to be imported without paying any import taxes, therefore we recommend you to check with your local customs office, before placing the order, as it might be cheaper for you to just buy one or two pair of tights at a time, to avoid import duties.

Claims can be made for up to two years from the day a purchase is delivered. Please remember to keep your invoice, since this is your proof of purchase. Claims made on delivered items must be reported to info@trendydonna.com with a precise description of the defective product. We may also ask you to send us a photo of the damaged product. We will then assess the product and refund your money if the claim can be met.

When you order at Trendydonna.com and perhaps accept to receive newsletters from us we register your email address, your name, your address and perhaps also your telephone number. If you choose to also register your sizes and favorites we will of course also keep this information in order for you to always be able to see your sizes and all of your previous purchases. We keep this information in order to be able to forward you newsletters with as relevant information as possible. We do not hand over any of this information to third part.

Your use of the Website, any purchase by you on the Website of any products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

We use cookies at trendydonna.com. When you visit Trendydonna.com we use cookies to register what our customers find most interesting, we use it to be able to control purchase flows and to track all traffic at the shop. We use this information to constantly improve our web shop and service.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. Payments are processed through Reepay. We do not charge you before we have dispatched your order. After you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
